CGI Visualisation for Architecture & Live Events by Helen Green

ABOUT

“I have a background in theatre design, a degree in history of art & architecture, and a masters degree from Wimbledon School of Art. I am completely self taught in 3d modelling & visualisation, so have developed my own style and techniques. I have a strong eye for design detail, and an ability to interpret design ideas with flair and creativity.

20 years as a CGI artist, working on a very wide range of projects, has given me the experience & understanding to present a design to its very best advantage. CGI is an art not a science. It is a fantastic way to bring your project to life; to see and show your clients how your design will look from all angles, and to explore different options. Through CGI your design can be virtually realised and worked out in every fine detail.

A starting point can be anything from a rough sketch, a floorplan and moodboard, up to a full set of highly detailed drawings. I make a point of good communication to achieve the very best interpretation of your project and ideas. Many of my clients are astonished at how closely the visual represents the final outcome, and are amazed at how the very roughest sketches can be interpreted and transformed into virtual reality.

Here are some examples showing the process from sketch to visual, and of final visual juxtaposed with a photograph of the end result.”
